Early Years

ECE · Ages 3–5

A joyful introduction to school life. Through play, creativity, and guided exploration, our youngest learners build confidence, independence, and social skills — developing a love of learning that lasts well beyond the classroom.

Primary School

Grades 1–6 · Ages 6–12

We focus on doing the basics exceptionally well — reading, writing, mathematics, and science — while nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a genuine enjoyment of learning within a structured, encouraging environment.

Middle School

Grades 7–8 · Ages 12–14

Students deepen their learning in core subjects, grow in responsibility, and develop the independence, discipline, and study habits needed for a confident transition into Secondary School.

ECE & Primary fees from Pre-K to Grade 8.

Families may choose from the following payment options for the academic year from August 2026 to June 2027. UNEB and Cambridge equivalents are shown under each grade.

Canadian Primary School Program

Tuition fees & charges

Plan A is paid in 4 scheduled payments during the academic year. Plan B is paid monthly on the 15th of each month.

Primary fees include

  • Tuition, workbooks, and learning materials
  • Extracurricular activities: music, drama, art, sports, and swimming
  • Most educational field trips and outings
  • Freshly prepared nutritious lunch

Primary charges

  • Enrolment Fee: one-time, non-refundable US $100, payable upon admission
  • Uniform Fee: USD $70 or UGX 250,000
  • Uniform includes shirt, shorts, skorts, sweater, socks, two sports kits and bib

Primary discounts

  • 5% discount for fees paid in full upon registration
  • 10% discount for the 2nd child
  • 15% discount for additional children

  • Cash at the school office
  • Mobile Money: MTN or Airtel
  • Bank transfer or deposit: ABSA Bank or Stanbic Bank
  • Payment arrangements are available in Canada & USA
  • Payments can be made in USD, CDN, or UGX
