Families may choose from the payment options shown for the academic year from August 2026 to June 2027. Each programme section includes its own tuition fees, payment options, additional charges, transport information where applicable, and payment details.

Canadian Primary School Program

ECE & Primary fees from Pre-K to Grade 8.

Families may choose Plan A with 4 scheduled payments during the academic year, or Plan B with 10 monthly payments paid on the 15th of each month. UNEB and Cambridge equivalents are shown under each grade.

  • Enrolment Fee: one-time, non-refundable US $100, payable upon admission
  • Uniform Fee: USD $70 or UGX 250,000
  • Uniform includes shirt, shorts, skorts, sweater, socks, two sports kits and bib

Primary discounts

  • 5% discount for fees paid in full upon registration
  • 10% discount for the 2nd child
  • 15% discount for additional children

Ontario Secondary School Diploma

Secondary OSSD fees for Grades 9 to 12.

Families may choose Plan A with full payment at registration, or Plan B with 4 scheduled payments during the academic year. UNEB and Cambridge equivalents are shown below each grade.

Grade 12 OSSD Diploma Pathway

From IGCSE or O-Levels to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

IGCSE graduates may enter directly into the Canadian Grade 12 OSSD pathway. O-Level graduates must first complete a short Bridging Programme before entering the Canadian Grade 12 OSSD pathway.

IGCSE Graduates - Direct Entry

Students who have successfully completed IGCSE may enter directly into the Canadian Grade 12 OSSD pathway.

Students who have successfully completed Ugandan O-Levels must first complete a short Bridging Programme before entering the Canadian Grade 12 OSSD pathway.

Understanding the Bridging Programme

For O-Level graduates before Grade 12 OSSD.

The Bridging Programme is for students who have successfully completed Ugandan O-Levels. It must be completed before starting Grade 12 OSSD classes, and prepares students in the core areas required for the Canadian Grade 12 pathway.

Composition and duration

Focus areas are English, Mathematics and Science. Depending on the student’s academic background and required credits, the Bridging Programme may be completed within 2 to 4 months.

Enrolment

Students may enrol in the Bridging Programme as soon as O-Level results have been released.

Completion requirement

Bridging Programme classes must be completed before starting Grade 12 OSSD classes.

Grade 12 OSSD schedule Semester 1: 12 Aug - 18 Dec 2026. Semester 2: 11 Jan - 11 June 2027.
Duration IGCSE graduates: 10 months. O-Level graduates: 12-13 months, including Bridging Programme.
Full payment discount 5% discount applies if fees are paid in full at registration.
